Holiday Party 2004 -- The Model -- There are three sets of agents: a finite number of faculty, continuum of student type 1, continuum of student type 2 Each agent has linear utility defined over outcomes (answers). Each agent will answer one queston at each round. If the answer is correct, as determined by the COMMITTEE, the agent gets 10 utils. If the answer is wrong, the next agent in clockwise rotation has the chance to answer. If this answer is correct, the agent gets 10 utils,discounted at the rate beta. The agent with the highest utility wins the game. At some time t, determined by the Committee, all agents receive the same stochastic shock. Calibration: beta=0.8.
  There are five different sectors at each period: department, theory, charades, pictionry, wild card

At the beginning of period t each agent chooses a sector and the Committee randomly assigns a question.
