Associate Professor Kim Sau Chung received his Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin in 1999. He teaches in the areas of microeconomics, mathematical economics, and development. Professor Chung's current research includes studies in how to design allocation mechanisms and legal systems that work well under a wide range of circumstances.
