Final Group Project Statement

Your new statement of 200 words should answer the questions that I address in your proposal. This statement will point you to sources needed. I expect at least 4 different sources excluding encyclopedias, CIA World Factbook and one source should be a dataset. I am not opposed to using Wikipedia for a start; in fact, Wikipedia can often point you to relevant sources.

Outline

Please answer any questions I raise and propose an outline for the presentation.  The outline should have approximate time values.  Additionally, include a final list of sources.
