In Sharon's words: I am a Filipino-American professional working in the non-profit field. I live in Minneapolis, Minnesota with my husband Mark Lutterman and our cat Bacchus. My special interests are in the following areas: women's issues, issues of the Filipino and Asian Pacific people, and working with communities to find ways to make positive social change.
I am very involved with issues in my community. I am a board member of the Headwaters Fund, and a co-chair of the Filipino American Women's Network. We are organizing a national conference for Filipino women in August of 1996. All people interested in the issues concerning Filipino-American women are welcome. I am also involved with the Asian American Renaissance, a community-arts organization.
